For Foreign Participants, the final registration fee amount in USD (or other currencies) is subject to the current exchange rate, which may fluctuate.

- WORKSHOPS -

30 SLOTS IN EACH WORKSHOP.
One person can attend only one workshop at a time.

- CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY -

50% Refund if the event is cancelled due to COVID or any government guidelines. We understand that circumstances may arise which may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. In such instances refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

Full Refund till 15th May 2024
75% Refund till 15th July 2024
50% refund till 15th August 2024
No Refunds for cancellation requested on or after 01st September 2024.

All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference. Please note that any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

- TERMS AND CONDITION -

Registration for the conference is compulsory to register in Workshop.
Students (Letter from HOD/Teacher required).
Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
Organizer will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not.
Conference registration is mandatory for praticipating in workshops.
